After years in retail management, Eric's passion for Christ led him to respond to God's call on his life.  He became involved in Pastors In Training as well as various other ministries at Maranatha Chapel and, after much prayerful consideration, left his job to serve the Lord full time.   As a local missionary for a ministry at La Mesa prison in Mexico, helping the homeless population in San Diego, developing Homework Clubs in public schools, and being a part of hospital chaplaincy at Pomerado Hospital, Eric received a crash course in ministry! 
 
The Hough's are now called to western Colorado, where Eric will serve as Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel Fruita.  Inspired by Ephesians 3:14-21, Eric and his wife Brandie rejoice in God's work ahead of them.

"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever.  Amen."
