Volunteering BEFORE the retreat:

REGISTRATION: We are looking for ladies to help out at the registration table after services on Wednesday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday services. All you need is a welcoming smile, we'll provide all the information that you will need. We begin registration on March 6. If you would like to help staff the ladies table in the Foyer, please contact Jean at the church 858-613-7800 x105.

DECORATIONS: We are looking for hands to help build table centerpieces for the dining hall. We will bring all the ingredients together here at the church. All you need is a designing eye. The work day for this project will be during the week of April 19-22. Watch for an email invitation.

We are also looking for donation of certain items for this retreat. [Please check back for a list of items]

Volunteering AT the retreat:

We will need ladies to help us set up the retreat decorations, entrance foyer.

We also need a few ladies to help us clean up and pack up at the end of the retreat on Sunday.

There are other volunteer opportunities at the retreat that are being coordinated by our various ministries. Please contact your ministry leadership for details. [i.e. MOMS, Discipleship, Bible Study, Divine Quilts, etc].
