Maranatha Chapel’s Prayer Walk happens every Wednesday night
We meet at the Gazebo at 5:00PM and walk the church property until 6:00PM.
The prayer walk is made up of groups of two or three people focusing on intercessory prayer for the Wednesday night service and each aspect of the ministry at Maranatha Chapel. Special focus is given to prayer for the pastors, staff, and families at Maranatha Chapel. The heart of the group is best described by the following quote: "When a bush is nothing but a bush, it is soon consumed when it is set on fire; but when it is a bush that burns on and is not consumed, we may know that God is there. So is it with a church that is flaming with holy zeal. Your work, brethren, is to set your church on fire somehow. You may do it by speaking to the whole of the members, or you may do it by speaking to the few choice spirits, but you must do it somehow. Have a secret society for this sacred purpose; turn yourselves into a band of celestial Fenians whose aim it is to set the whole church on fire."
"The Soul Winner" - Charles Haddon Spurgeon

Our passion is to see (through intercessory prayer) all those who visit Maranatha Chapel to come to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to see those in the Body of Christ grow deeper in the passionate love of our Savior.
We pray and walk every Wednesday, so please join us whenever you can!
